    With all of those frikkin'

speakers and ferrari-style rear lights, it looks like some f%$*ed up spider... Very wrong.

Other pics look good though! It's the best way to present a convertible IMO.

    lol not just showing

The number plate opening on the rear bar sorry about the car.
didnt have any other rear pics that were straight on.
And the USA bar has a smaller number plate opening.

    Gonz,
sorry to bombard you with another minor question.
The rear pic of that last car shows the exhaust openings are quite small, is this the actual rear bar that we are looking at obtaining?
I'd hate to loose my storm water drains sticking out the back ;)

I realise it's going to be extremely hard to please everyone in such a large undertaking, but even by modest standards those exhaust holes look quite puny.

    Minor ajustment to rear bar

These holes can be adjusted to suit people mufflers as they need to be done for some people.

Every one is talking about the rbar with small Zayst openings, what about the other

the other wide rear bar on the black zed has big zaust openings and IMO looks better anyway, so why not get that one?

can we get the rear fenders/skirts without the rear bar?

I'd like to mod a different bar to suit the widebody and just buy the side part of the kit (skirts/rear fenders).

    How much would that be?

Just the sides would be $400.00

Witch is still cheap as to buy these they are over 1000.00 AUS plus 770.00 AUS postage from UK.

People should know what a great deal this is

$800 is a fantastic price. I have been quote 10-20k (no joke) from a place in melb to reproduce the beet kit - fabriction, fitting and painting, this will make the whole lot look like this is how the car was built. It is not an easy process to attach the wide fenders and the materials can be pricy, but for what gonzo is asking it is DAMN CHEAP!
It would also be worth getting everything gonzo is producing and making modifications to the this kit instead of getting bits and pieces and trying to make other parts fit, would be much easier as everything already fits together. If this ends up going ahead i will be in and will make a few changes to a few bits eg the rear bar. (making the exhaust fit etc is an easy one)
So - gonzo- What is your time frame?
just so i can put it in the budget.
    Cheers
    James

    Time frame

there is none at the moment.
i just need numbers to make it work.

Lets say the end of the month if I have enough buyers then we could start taking payments to have them paid for and them shipped here in 3 weeks after payment.

    Count me in Gonzo

I want the rear bar and guards. I can pay the $800 in october. I would consider putting money towards the original to get the ball rolling. Great offer by the way lets hope it happens.

Is the rear bar going to be this one
    [IMG]

    or this one
    [IMG]

I much prefer the black one, alot less potential messing around with exhaust holes. And less guppy looking :)

I am very interested though, I will give a firmer answer by the end of the month.

    Its the red one.

The black one comes from USA.
But the red one can have the changes you need to suit your mufflers.

Hey got a question for ya gonzo.

Since I live in hobart aswell...and not interested atm...im in the process of getting a rear bomex bar as I LOVE the look of those. After you start making these copies for other peeps is it possible to get you to make a custom one when required? All I would want would be the FAT guards and no rear bar, as I want to mould in the skirts and mould in my own rear bar to the wider guards.

Is it a possibility to sit down together later down the track and i'll show you what I want done...maybe even talk about it at the next cruise? (if i make it lol)

Trust me you'd get looked after!

    Cheers, Ben
