Is this a common problem? It usually happens when the car is stationary or moving slow, but is reasonably audible. What do you's think could be wrong, fluid is fine. Regards - Joel
Noise may be belt or p/s pump on it's way out... Engine OFF, check belt for wear. Engine running, use a 'stethoscope' or piece of dowel, even a long screwdriver - hold one end on p/s pump & put yr ear to the other - if bearing or impeller is worn you'll hear excessive noise.
