Eastern Eye !!! MOST WANTED !!!

    hey just a easy Q & A,

Just wondering what are the factory screw size used for the inside left pod thats mounts the metal bracket on the hazard light switch? obviously mines not the right size as they are too big and have cracked the thread.

    Thanks

The threads are probably cracked because thehousing is brittle and they have benn over tightened. The screw size needed is 4mm x 9mm long. Plasterbard screws will do the job nicely. They will most likely be listed as 3/16 x 3/8 long.

    IB ?????

To repair the holes, I used kneadable epoxy like Knead It. I built up the hole bits including filling the holes and driller new holes once the epoxy had set. Been fine for at least 5 years now.
