    Hi guys,

My Zed is sporting a new look at the moment...

Doing a little bit of work on it at the moment including:

    - Fitting a new PWR radiator and thermo
    - Polishing water pipes and replacing little bypass hoses
    - Fitting a FMIC
    - Fitting the new Greddy Urethane frontbar
    - Fixing a whole lot of ugly wiring round the engine bay
    - Relocating PTU
    - CC, AIV and PRVR delete
    - Replacing water hoses to firewall
    - Fitting Chili MCB when it arrives
    - Replacing PCVs
    - Possibly EGR delete if my stumpy little hands will fit in the gaps!

I am currently up to replacing the radiator with the PWR and thermo fan.

When I take the clutch fan off to use the thermo (no thermo comments please... We will see!), can I remove the big spikey looking mount for the fan and just leave the pulley on (as below) or will this throw off the fan speed? Should I be keeping said spikey thing on/getting a new pulley?

Any other recommendations on things I should be doing?

(Check out the crud on my water pipes...)
