hey there all just wondering the other day i was driving around and the dash light next to the battery light the one that looks like this ! came on now it comes on and goes off every few minutes.car drives fine and all seems well.any help would be appreciated thanks...
Brake-warning light. Looks like an exclamation mark inside a circle between two parentheses, yeah? Linked to both the main brakes and the parking brake, so not clear what it's warning you about. Start looking at fluid levels and pad thicknesses, etc. Hope it's not too serious Doug
From memory this was a warning that brake fluid is low i would check that first, also if you are losing brake fluid check the brake master cylinder for leaks i had this problem a little while ago. Also this light comes on when the handbrake is up check the handbrake sensor could be a faulty connection. Good Luck.
Yep, I too had this problem I noticed the light would only come on while turning around corners hard. I had trouble working out which light it was because I needed to focus on turning so it took a while before I determined it was the brake warning light. Checked the pads before topping up the brake fluid, all fixed now. :thumbsup:
yes it was low brake fluid no leaks thankfully. thanks heaps fellas what would i do with out you all?? :thumbsup:
