What have you done to your Zed today?

Started fitting my led kit...got frustrated and after yelling and swearing at my baby i decided to go eat some kfc i feel much better now lol im just going to wait till the install guide is out as i dont want to do things twice...

Ripped out the seats and console lid so they can be re trimmed in leather

 

Got My new rear brakes put on :zlove:

 

I pushed it forward about half a meter in the garage, it's heavy

 

ignored my zed completely and drove my 5 litre v8 range rover to work

After fitting the new tail lights, took it to town for a wash and wrung its neck on the way .
Got a favorite part of the road in where I can give it a boot full.
S bends at the end of the straight are great at 165klm
I don't condone speeding....I practice it

Runs great now I have new connectors on the coils and the injectors, and all the twist and tape joins are now GONE!

Got a nice smile from the popo as they drove past while I was sitting in the main street.
Kitty looks good after through washing.

Also Disassembled some folding mirrors and swapped the working guts into my painted shells which match the car. Extended the wires a little to make troubleshooting easier in the future (no need to take door cards off). The mirrors won't fold in, and blow a fuse when the fold in button is used.

 

Well.. I've received my windscreen cowls, and connectors, thanks brisz and black baz.

I'm yet to finish prepping and spraying one exhaust cam cover, one intercooler, and putting the SMIC brackets on. I don't think I will tonight, I'll just drool over some
shiny new parts instead.

 

You really don't like washing your cars, do you Mitch?

 

I did a full detail last week. Just haven't got around to the TT yet...
But I did wash the tail lights and the rear when I was doing the install. Waiting until I fit the new windscreen cowls over the next few days before doing a proper wash.

Sure do, Only missing the reflector.
The rest of the lights, brake indicator, and parking work fine.
When Gargoyle finalises the LED build and there is a GB I'll look into upgrading. Thats when the Zed stops costing me money and can afford to.

All the "junk" in the trunk is while I was in the process of fitting them. all packed away now, and washed.

BTW Dirt and dust is part of life out here in the country. Its where we grow your cheese burgers :rofl: It does wash off.

Planning to add some bling bits to the engine bay for the Narrabri car show on saturday.
If Kitty's lucky, might even polish and vacuum out.
