    I started to paint and put panels back. Attempting a re spray and on a daily is not an easy task. While the bumper was off fitted some bigger intercooler's too :)

    the dogs ,my son had the same thing done to hi SSV in black ,they keyed ford all done one side again i say DOGS.

    I think it is a word that starts with P and ends in S, probably a private school kid who thinks it is less offensive to write it than draw it.

    Got the hose and other bits today, so replaced it, and it feels much better.

    Permanently fixed a door key lock!
    If your key turns left and right in your door's lock without doing anything... you'll no doubt also have something rattling away inside your door - it's this!

    Thankfully Z1 make a metal replacement of the brittle plastic lug which joins the locking rod on to the back of the key lock barrel.

    Took it into work on Thursday for the charity car show, beautiful day with an excellent variety / turnout of cars. Was a good pre Dougies cruise shakedown :D

    Been driving it for the past 3 days to familiarize myself with it again.

    Still prob not the best going to work car as i have to shoe horn myself in, take my work boots off to use the pedals properly, put boots back on when at work, slide out without scuffing the skirt and sill paint. Then we also have the lack of roof height problem going on.

    ....yet i still love it.

    Had my 100k service kit done today by Niall ( well it was everything a 200k kit, went all out ) . Runs much smoother.

    Getting the rest of the stereo fitted up on Monday, Doooooffffffffffffff Doooooooof .

    A local over my way Kris, Audio Express Redcliffe, his name is Chris and he is a member of SAU .

    I've supplied all the bits and bobs, he is doing all the rewiring, new speaker supports in the doors, also in the rear tray for my rear speakers, and dopey dora here bought a 2nd hand, 4ch amp that's too wide too mount properly in the old amp space :rolleyes: so he's going too max velcro it onto the carpet.

    Hella functional 265/35/18 khumo ku36 semi slicks for the rear and 245/40 for the front.

    fitted

    fitted a new cigarette lighter, usb ports and voltmeter. custom DIN pocket panel with LED to light up the cigarette surround.
    also vinyl wrapped the pieces which had aftermarket wood trim on them
