What can happen if you lend your Zed to a friend for a week... (Lots of pics)

Ok... so a few weeks ago, after messing around with my beloved Zed for a few weekends, I decided to entrust the keys to a friend.

7 days later I got her back, and consequently spent the next week cleaning her up!

    Have a look :D

(Need I mention he is a VERY good friend!)

And here is where I handed over the keys...

Subtle body mods are the go, your car doesn't have to look like a christmas tree on wheels to get attention and look hot. The only thing I can see is the ride height could be a little lower, but that's splitting hairs! ;)

Your mate is a very good painter, tell him to do mine now! lol

That is looking mint! Genuine parts used? How much did it set you back all up for parts and your mates labor? I've got those skirts sitting at home waiting to go on, but dont have the cash to get a full respray while im at it...whatever you paid, its money well spent!

Ok...I have thought more and more about your car and was wondering a few things, as I'm needing to get my car done soonish..

    1) Did your friend take the doors off and if so was there much work to getting them off?

    2) Did he take the hatch off and was it hard to get off?

    3) Did he respray the inside of the doors and hatch area?

    4) How much paint did he use? Like how much silver and how much thinners?

    5) Was the boot a massive pain to do?

    and lastly..

    6) If there were areas where your paint was alright previously, did those areas require less work? Like just sanding back the clear coat and then it was pretty much right to go?

Would really appreciate it, if you could find out the answers to my questions
