later. That does include a 100/200K kit and UDP. It was a welsh plug in the centre of the valley. There only seems to be a couple of probs, exhaust is slightly to low and touching on speed humps (wasn't before) which is going to be fixed Tuesday and also, which is my main concern, my Catalytic converter heat light is coming on and then my Zed becomes very sluggish, light goes off and then its fine after a while. Sometimes it becomes sluggish and the light doesn't come on, then it passes and is fine. Could this be from the work they have done (all top end down to valley taken apart, exhaust off) or maybe my exhaust not back together properly? Would this cause this?
    Thanx, Fran :) :zlove:

Symptoms of running rich/over-fueling/bad spark. May be as simple as checking/cleaning all injector/coil pack/PTU/CTS connectors. Check error codes & O2 sensor operation ok.

Thanx for that K-zed much appreciated, would it be safe

to say it's not bad spark as the injectors were sent in and ultra sonically cleaned and new spark plugs put in? Would they most likely to have had to adjust the mixture? Hoping this is all it is as I am stone broke after this work  Other then this it is running much better and better pickup etc :)
    Thanx Fran :zlove:

ECU controls AFR's, aka mixture, so given work done I'd say it's electrical/connector-related. Should be a simple fix :)

Thanx K-zed, lets just hope they know enough about it

to find what it is on Tuesday as it happened a few times driving to Sydney, bit worrying after I thought it was running so well after being fixed. Glad to have it back though. :)
    Thanx Fran :zlove:

You can check coil pack connectors easy ... make sure they are firmly pushed in.

CTS connector - the dual pin one on rad pipe is also very accessible.

PTU connectors, a bit harder to access, but must be scrupulously clean, bright and shiny. Use dialectic grease when reassembling all connectors.

    Good luck Fran :zlove:

Dam that was more than i expected for yours but they've done a fair bit of work. I got mine back the other week after the 100k and it was $4370. which included clutch, ring gear and a whole lot of other stuff. Very happy with the car now though;)

Yes I know Mike but I decided since they have to

take off the timing belt and with how far they had to go, may as well get the 100k service kit and get it done. Much better now except for the Cat light/sluggish problem off and on. Also got the UDP with the kit (happy with it) all gearbox/ main engine seals replaced, thrust bearing, radiator/ heater hoses replaced and even got redline oil put in the gearbox (feels much smoother).. Will be very happy when the hiccups are fixed :D
