We took out some memberships to Fitness First in Cannington but these days we hardly get a chance to go there... Seeing that our contract is for 12 months, we are allowed to re-assign it to a person that wants to join. I think we have about 9-10 months left on it (2 memberships). So if you are keen to join an awesome gym, then please let me know. It is $33.95 a fortnight and u have all the access u like to the weights and weight machines, treadmills, bikes, rowers etc, swimming pool, and organised group classes for aerobic workouts, kick boxing etc. The gym also has its own beauty therapist (great for waxing etc) as well as its own solarium, physiotherapist, masseuse etc. some of the other things they have - (from their website) Aqua Aerobics Classes Parking- free Physiotherapy Bike Racks Pilates Classes Cafe Circuit Classes Play Zone (creche) Cycle Classes Public Transport close by Solarium Express Training (30 min) Steam Room Swimming Pool Massage Yoga Other: Beauty, Osteopath etc. And for those single guys out there - it is a great way to pick up chicks! The amount of times we would be on the weights and end up watching some guy pick up in the next row!
hahah its not a good way to pick up chicks... im sorry but when u 1st join the gym your nothing compaired to the guys that have beent here for ages.... oh and when ur sweating in gym gear u dont look the best to pic up hahah.. oh on another note i was with FF for 12 months.... started in the floreat gym then moved to cannington... the flo gym.. friggen awesome,.... hell nice... cannington gym... shit house.. machines are old... too many people... non-co ed saunas.... im with inspired life in the bentley center and i love it.. shit all members.. hell nice gear... hell nice aye....
ah josh, another thread your subscribed to...... we meet again i'm currently a member at essence, which is a small local. awesome gym, new gear etc., the only problem is management have no idea about paperwork etc. so can't keep a track of anything. know what your saying about picking up chicks. there's plenty of girls at my gym, but your all hot and sweaty, not exactly the best angle to play on.
