Wanted to say a massive thanks to Chris for the work he's done on my car. I had been having trouble with my car's auto transmission for a while (slipping, hesitating etc) and got in touch with Chris a while ago from a member's recommendation. Talked to him about my options etc and decided to go for an updated transmission with a quick shift kit installed. With a couple of small hiccups (box wasn't ready from the tranny shop, shed being built), I finally managed to drop the car off at his place. I knew that once I met him that he'd do a great job on it. Really nice and genuine guy with a crazy dream shed in his back yard. He kept in contact with me regularly the entire time and also identified a couple of other issues, including leaking cam seals, dodgy injector connectors, leaking fuel reg and some dodgy work that had been done previously. Sorted it all out really quickly and at a ridiculous price too! Picked up my car on saturday from Chris. She is a completely different machine now. :zlove: Shifts are crisp and smooth, picks the gears quickly and even feels like it's putting more power down than before. The quick shift kit is amazing. I also have to change my driving style as I don't have to let up on the accelerator to change anymore! :br: You can see the great work he'd done with just a quick look in the engine bay (and with the new pimp bonnet struts). Coil packs were in appalling shape and he changed those (one of them had a huge tear and had probably been arcing for a while) and fitted the new injector connectors so they're all nice now Anyways, just wanted to say a massive thanks to Chris and also say that I highly recommend him if you're wanting to get any work done! Good quality work, knowledgeable and an all round great guy. I'm sure I'm not the only one that can attest to his great work, but I just wanted to put it out there (other peeps feel free to chip in)
Going to have to second this, Chris is a lad! Hes been over mine working on my zx, knows his shit and gets the job done. Quality work from a quality man. Kirk.
