A good night to go cruising, even tho it was very cold and windy at some of the meeting points. I got 2 zeds, Mitchov and fuegodenoche and was good to catch up and chat with them both about zed related stuff. The cruise went without any problems Mitchov did race off to race a WRX but he found his way to the group at the end of the night. Probably the only problems the cruise really got was the zeds themselves, My car began playiong up before the cruise started. Wouldnt change gears properly, had to rev her up 2 6500 rpm to get her into 2nd and had to fight her all night. Ended up having to use the cruise control so she would change gears. fuegodenoche's Black NA had a faulty headlight switch among other things and she drove with her High beams on all night. Mitchov had concerns with a possible oil leak but nothing occured as far as i know. The crusie itself went pretty fast. Didnt stay at each of the stops much as it was pretty cold and not much to really do with so few people, but the group of 4 did plenty of chatting on eachothers cars and things zed related, which is always educational. After my nooby skills with the camera last time i learn some new tricks to help get some better photos for this cruise but some of them came out a little wlirly.
i would have liked to come on this cruise but i'm right in the middle of exams atm. if you do have a re-run of this cruise in summer when it's warmer i'll definately come along. what route did you take anyway? and the double clear tail lights look really good too btw.
yeh i understand completely sandeep, like i said to the group last night i didnt realise Jun was in winter so im now planning to make the cruise an annual event every Jan or something. Basically we go from Laverton Maccas up to alotna beach and then up to williamstown beach and then to a old ball tower in willy and then past science works and jump onto the Westgate bridge and then stop at the Shell Servos. and to finish the cruise off travel along st kilda beach and stop at luna park. Im always going to be hosting this cruise. No matter what happens, definiately in jan next year.
Very good to see you posted up the photo of the crew there Adam Lookin shmick, dont know if the fisherman dude quiet knew what was going on at the time lol. Cruise was great, would of been good to have a few more cars. Great to catch up with you again and meet a new face. Although i absolutely froze my tities off, i had great fun.
