I went down to the dyno day this morning, decided to run my car as it wasn't showing error codes anymore.
The result wasn't anything special, made 111.8kw but Ray had to back off because it started missfiring. Sounded like a rexy at idle and he said not to run it... took it off the dyno and it was only loose coilpack connectors but there was no point me going back on the dyno as they'd just come off again. I have the new connectors in my room but was too lazy to install them because they've never come off when I've been driving on the street. Also the connectors are damaged on both coilpack and loom side so I might need to find a good set of coilpacks.

111.8kw is abit low for my car, it's got perfect compression 180-190 accross all 6 but it does have a few issues like vacuum leaks, dead O2 sensor and of course the coilpack connectors coming off. I think there's another 10-15kw in it if I replace the coilpack connectors (might go for SplitFires as well), replace O2's and fix up the intake leaks. Was reading through previous posts and Dougy and Col were saying that stock NA with good compression should get around 120 at the treads so I think I should be able to get abit more than 120 when it's all fixed up as I have a few mods. Stock GTS-t skylines run about 130 so 120 isn't too bad for an NA.

There were some nice cars down there, the car that ran before me hit 300rwkw, a 33 GTS-T I left at 11.30 so didn't get to see the big power GT-R's run but will link to the SAU results thread when they post it.

Regarding RE Custom's dyno under-reading, my brother took his BM 323 down, stock as a rock and he got 102kw which is pretty accurate for a stock 323 (actually abit higher than what he expected, stock flywheel power is 125kw) so I think their dyno is alright.

I will talk to Ray on monday about holding a dyno day at RE, they have good facilities down there but we do need 20 cars minimum otherwise it's not worth it for them.

My mate took too long to get ready, so i sadly missed the day. :(
Was very interested to know what i would get on a stock TT with only a catback. (Standard boost, at 9psi according to my aftermarket boost gauge)

Sandeep, you mentioned the standard GTS-Ts were getting 130rwkw, is that r32 or r33?

    Cheers,

That was what my friend ran in his 33 Gts-t when it was dead stock. Not sure what a R32 gts-t would get, do they use the rb20det?

    Yep, r32 gts-t has the RB20, so that's why I asked.
Not too impressive for R33s to pull 130 from a turbo 2.5 six... oh well, lol.
By the way, are you organizing a dyno day Sandeep, because i'm definetly down for that.

    Cheers,
