I'd advise you look at my build, i'm not scared of labour, fibreglass bumper made yourself to what you want about 80-100 hours, thats not really much labour.

Are you kidding me? That's a HUGE amount of time. Not to mention having the facilities, tools, supplies and skill in order to take on a project such as that. That is way, way out of reach of the average Zedder to do themselves.
