Valvoline Oil + Filters for Coona delivery

OK if anybody is interested I will put together an oil and filter order for delivery to non-Victorians going to Coonabarabran.

The ONLY oil offered will be Valvoline Synpower full synthetic 10W50 in 5 litre bottles. Please don't ask for other weights! Price will be $27.00 per bottle.

The filters offered are Valvoline VO4 oil filters. Price will be $5.00 each.

I'm going to be limited by space unless I can palm some off on other Victorians travelling up but please place expressions of interest here. Final orders will be placed with Valvoline on Tuesday April 11th for me to pick up on Wed/Thurs.

Fuel Filters ...

Baz, unfortunately I have to buy a minimum of 6 fuel filters. If I get 6 people confirmed by Tuesday, then yes, fuel filters can also be done at $18.00 each.

of Valvoline 10w50 yesterday at $47.99 for 5 litres and the V04 filter cost $7.95. Bollocks:LOL::LOL:

Black Baz - :embarrassed:surely you are not suggesting that any discriminating and self-respecting 300zx owner would not be aware of the absolute importance of a well functioning fuel filter to the safety, Longevity and power of their highly tuned, expertly designed, and fastidiously maintained engines ??:angry::angry:


Surely no member of this illustrious and informative forum , and particularly not one of the absolutely dedicated band of quality-appreciating enthusiasts who will be attending Zed Fest 2006, would be so crass, so disrespectful or uncaring to their machines that they would not have near new fuel filters on their personal examples of this grand classic automobile - ???

Come on, some others put their hands up for a fuel filter - you know you need one , and i don't what to have to buy 2 because the rest if you won't ante up !!!!!!!!

Guys, if I can get one more buyer I will buy a pack of 6. On this basis it would be 1 for Baz, 2 for henpecked, 2 for me, and 1 for ??????.

Please note, I make no profit out of these deals, and I am not prepared to hold 3 extra fuel filters myself.

Oil and filters have been ordered, I pick it up tomorrow. PM's will be sent to black baz, 90TTZ, OZ-300, henpecked and DinoZ. 90TTZ, I'm guessing from your PM that you're already on the road but your payment has been received and I have increased your order as requested.

I will have 2 extra fuel filters, 2 extra oil filters and 1 extra bottle of oil for sale at Coona if there are any "on the spot" buyers.

I have been informed by the HEN that I have decided that I don't want it, as I "DO NOT need to spend any more money on any damn second spare fuel filter thing-a-me-bob for that damn money pit of a stinking gas-swilling waste-of-space middleage-crisis-product rust-bucket of a citrus fruit", at least that's what I think she said, it was a bit hard to hear all the adjectives with the continual impact of the half brick to my forehead.

So DinoZ, unless you want to get a taste of what i got, I think you had best pick up that purchase option , otherwise the Hen is looking for you too.:sick::sick: --- and if she finds you , I suggest you have have already paid for the filter - cos she will jack the price up on you:LOL::LOL::LOL:

 

I guess you can tell how angry the 'Hen" is by whether she uses the

smooth, cast, end of the brick, or the rough split end.

DinoZ - you have my sympathy as fellow sufferer of avian peckery - but the comment underlined, bolded and italisied above is neither a polite nor a sympathetic accusation to make, even to the remains of the proud antipodean male I once was.

and do not joke about 2 x 1/2 bricks, if there is such an "event" and the HEN enters it, our bodily remains will be able to be passed through the said fuel filter completely and effortlessly with the smoothness of the proverbial baby's posterior.

[ perhaps i should have mentioned that the " 1/2 brick" of the HEN's wieldage is actually 50% of the large cast concrete besser block variety.- she said her mother had always advised her that the coarser concrete surface left a better impression on the mind of the subject male, and the larger hole gave a better grip when changing from the "sideswipe" action to the "overhand cerbial cortex crunch" - particuarly once the blood started to soak in, -- along with whatever point she was intending making with the said brick]

you're above comments have just re-activated an acute, post-traumatic-stress, panic-attack from my previously succesfully repressed memories of the HENs expert demonstration of her Grandmothers [on her maternal side]-- "reverse-underhand, half-spin, groin-crunch" with FULL BRICK!! , of the the second tuesday in febuary of this year, when sufficient roses were failed to be delivered.
