Howdy all, I am needing a vaccuum hose diagram and have looked in the tech section for the one on thumper300zx.com but that site seems to have been down for a while now. I have checked out the service manual but the pdf version just doesn't have the resolution to really make out which hose is which in some cases.. a great example is where the small vaccum hoses under the throttle bodies go to and the hoses on the drivers side of the balance tube.. and so on and so forth... I was sure I saw another site somewhere listing where the hoses all go but stupidly forgot to bookmark / print it as I used to use thumper300zx's. Does anyone maybe have a link or pdf they could share with me as to the hose layout. btw.. I have done EGR, PVR, AIV and under plenum modes ages ago so I know a lot of the hoses are redundant but can't remember which ones need connection . P.S. what do you guys/gals normally use to cap the unused hoses on the plenum and balance tube (caps obviously not the answer as the would blow off when under boost.. I was using pieces of filled hose but don't like how dodgy it looks Thanks in advance..
Probably best if you post a photo of what you need to know and then others will be able to help you by either a description or another photo. I found the tech articles really good showing where hoses go in regards to AIV/PRVR/EGR deletion. Have a look through the A-Z index in the tech section.
Ive got some files I Colour coded so I could track the vacuum lines to the 2 solenoids in the drivers side back corner - if you want to PM me your email I can send them to you. Cheers
