Here's the situation, I have Turbosmart Dual stage boost controller (not new, just hooking it back up after rebuild). I've hooked it up as per the install instructions. Now my car has the safety boost sols removed (has since I bought it). What I'm wondering is where the vacuum lines should go that come off the intake (suction side) hard pipe that comes directly of the turbo, I believe stock they go to the SB sols?

I know mine went somewhere and weren't just blocked off, because I have a picture of one with a vac line coming off it. I just can't for the life of me figure out where.

Just avoid any confusion, this is what I'm talking about:

I have a boost controller on mine

I left that vac line conected to the sb solanoid and blocked the other line coming from the solanoid and just disconected the wire off the solanoid
I done the same thing on both sides and it runs sweet

    I hope this helps

    cheers

    Connect

your controller directly to the actuators via a T peice, and put vaccume caps on the hard pipe nipples both sides.

Thanks Beaver, that's what I thought. But seeing the vac line coming of the hard pipe in one of my photo's of the engine pull confused me. I wonder where it went.

    that line

goes back to the wast gate control valve soleniod, there is one on each side. You would have been loosing pressure, if its always been open like that, good thing is you should feel the difference capping the nipple makes.

I don't think it was open, but I guess it may have just been a tube going nowhere.

It's been so long I can't really remember what it felt like to drive, it went hard though, and I know it had at least 1 boost leak in the inter cooler. Probably got 15 more now I've tampered with it.:D
