whats included in the timing chain kit? are the tensioners metal or standard plastic?

 

the kit includes new chains for both banks and oil pump, new tensioners for both banks, new guides for both banks and oil pump. chris's exact words

Metal backed slack side guides (the plastic ones of these break)
Metal backed tenison side guides
Tensioners for both sides
Oil pump chain, these always stretch
Timing chains, one for each bank
Oil pump guides
