They are standard spec hydraulic Poncams, 8.5mm lift from memory. Engine idles nicely without VVT, they were in a VG30DET in conjunction with a GTX35/82R produced a very useable 425WHP at 16psi boost. Engine in the video in my signature panel.

The OE cam followers are a bargain, I have a set of new aftermarket followers much cheaper but would not use or recommend them. Poncams are a great upgrade for a road car that might do some track work, unless you have a full on maximum power race car these Poncams will do the job without any disadvantages typical of race cams.

8.5 lift, 256 duration (both) Don't have your email addy Z32 TT, basically there was an engine problem unrelated to the valve train, the engine was stripped down then I decided to put a V8 in the car.
Not sure if you got my reply to your email? yahoo tells me your email is dead? Anyhow I need to sort a couple of things but if you still have those parts in a mth or so then I will snap them up, fair game to anyone else for now though.
