on my way home just now, and my headlights started playing up, flicked off then on, then off then on randomly, then off for good. still have parkers and dash lights, turn from parkers to headlights i can hear a loud click from the relay box, the black relay feels quite warm compared to the rest (H/light DIM one) just wondering where i could get one of these at 6 in the morning, i hate catching the train to ringworm station. failing that, wheres the best place to get them at normal hours? thanks guys!
went down to nissan this afternoon, turns out these are obsolete.... shepparton had some. so one will be here friday. just wondering if i can borrow someones air con relay til then.....i will replace it with a new one! (i can buy it off someone and then they can buy it back) or if someone has a spare...

i just went out and checked it out. i have 2 black relay's the H/LAMP DIM and ASCD CANCEL (no idea what that is) my air con relay is blue???
i just checked mine. my air con is blue too, someone suggested i swap them which is why i thought they were the same. ascd is cruise control, and here's where it gets weird, i have cruise control, but there's no relay, not even a slot for it, just a big gap. i'll do some investigating and find out how badly you need this bit.
from what i've read so far, it's specific to the auto transmission cruise control, i think it cancels it once you put the car in park or neutral. maybe take it out for the drive home and let me know how you go.
