can anyone suggest a glue i can use to glue the targ shade clips to the targa glass?? ive tryed a few and the become tacky and fall off  When the zeds turbos are loaded in negitive on gauge, i accelerate, the gauge moves toward 0 (then passing trough to positive no.s) just as it passed trough 0 if im realy slow with it, there is a sound from a foot well like a moaning noise?? WTF??
moaning/groaning noise is likley the reed valve on the factory recirculation valves fluttering, also referred to as Goose Honk. Solution is to install BOV's and bypass these recirc valves.
Answer to question 1 - perhaps My car is not a targa so i dont know if this will help but i snapped the rear vision mirror of the windscreen of an old car and there was special glue that i got from ford (i think it was) especially for sticking it back to the glass. It never fell off again and i had no problems sticking the mirror back to the glass.
Use black Sikaflex to glue clip on Preclean glass with metho. If back of clip is smooth then score with knife. You only want a thin smear of adhesive. Leave to cure for 24hrs.
You ned the special glue for sticking rear vision mirrors back onto windscreens. As was siad about ford dealers will sell it. Its two part it has a glue and an activator. You spray the activator on the glass, put the glue on the part. Then make sure you get it right the first time cause you wont move it again.
You can get A glue from supa cheap for sticking rear vision mirrors onto glass, it has a vial in it once you break it thats it you can only use it once, $10 from memory.
so So installing BOV's will fix this problem? dose this have any affect on performance? has any one have any pic of the reid vale or where its located? cheers guys ill try some of that glue me head keeps getting burnt lol :thumbsup:
Goosehonk isn't a problem, only an annoyannce. As someone said in a recent post, it has always been there you just don't notice it until you remove the stock air filter box. Mine honks and its now like an old friend. Music to my ears:wacko:
