Grrrr, spent the weekend working on replacing the stock BOV's with some cheap-ish Turbo smart Type 1 BOV's - now seeing as how the base needs an adapter to fit with the pipework - i thought i would try using the silver welding adapter (pictured below) that comes with it - now it fits pretty well actually but when i run on boost and they go off - even before they go off one of the BOV's consistently pop's off the adapter (which stays in the pipe) now as far as i can tell there isn't much else i can do - its supposed to be held in place by the 3 small screws on the outside but they're being lazy and not doing their job no matter how tight i seem to make them - anyone have any experience with these BOV's in particular ? i am at a loss now as to what else i can do to have it stay in place.... :(

Maybe you could try drilling three small recesses for the grub screw to lock into?

Ahh took it apart and re- constructed it from scratch making sure everything was 100% proper and then i took the car for a spin and made them go off a good 5 time or so and yeah didn't pop off at all :D so i am happy
