In the tables there is a cell which designates for an automatic what the rev limit is in "park". This cell still exists in a manual ecu and was wondering if there's a way to trigger "park". Is there a pinout on the ecu that a sensor corresponds to? I have no idea about automatic zeds as I've never owned one.

What purpose do you have in mind ?????

I've been sitting here trying to figure out a possible purpose for this function in a manual zed........ and I can't think of anything

In an auto zed, I would imagine this function could be to avoid the stall rpm of the torque converter whilst the vehicle is in park.

But what do you have in mind for use in a manual zed ????

Maybe a rev limiter for reverse gear

well if I can have it on a trigger, then I can use it for launch. WOT, limited to 5000 rpm, clutch out, trigger off, away I go.

It's on my VH ECU as well. But it's neutral rev limit, rather than park. Wouldn't work for me though, it revved right past 4K :p I haven't played with it too much though. I think their may be a way of retarding timing at the same time too.

    P.S Buy Nistune already :p

I've tried this feature as well, but it seems to have no effect for me.

I have an auto ecu at my manual setup, but this value has no effect on me. I tried to trigger the neutural switch, when i do so i can see it at the consult that it is on, but there is no early rpm. It revs freely

    It's park, not neutral...

Yes. it would be nice if you could hold a soft rev limit of say 4000rpm at 0 km/h

Maybe this question could be posed on the nistune forum
