Christ, I had to read your post about 5 times over... lol.

From what I understand you have an NA and want to buy a TT engine to swap? Unless you have a lot of knowledge on the subject I'd suggest you just buy a TT Zed instead as a conversion is an expensive and time consuming job and there will be more costs then the engine alone.

If you really are set on on doing it and are having a workshop do the work, I'd honestly look around for a good TT halfcut, far more safer option. As always though, there is no 100% guarantee when buying a second hand engine and how many Km's is done is next to useless unless its a freshly built-never run engine.

That one you listed there is not turbo.

    You need:

    TT engine
    TT radiator and hoses
TT a/c condensor (or get rid of a/c)
    TT or aftermarket fuel pump
TT ecu or socketed NA ecu and chip
Intercoolers and all pipework including recirc valves
    TT Intake accordian pipes
    TT oil cooler and hoses

That is bare essentials, NA gearbox, exhausts, wiring harness, starter motor etc will work with the TT.

Easiest option would be to buy a TT front cut for around $3500ish.

No, thats $3500 just for a front cut, you would be looking at closer to $5000 drive in, drive out.
