WA Track day, 29th september, perth

Hey all, organising a track day for all the WA members, heres the details ive been able to get.

It will be run on saturday 29th september, and the event would run from 9am - 4pm. YOU WILL NEED TO BE AT THE VENUE AT 8.40AM so that we are ready to be on track at 9am. don not be late.

The company we run it through will set up the course, and provide someone to supervise the event all day.

We need to supply our own lunch, i have organised to take a bbq down and use as there is a large carpark and grassed area on premises available. We will have a bbq lunch with salads and snags, and ill make sure theres some cans of cool drink as well.

Location would be at the Midvale speed dome, on the outdoor criterium track, google maps shows you the track area's (roughly)

Cost is $115 which is for the full day and covers lunch as well. YOU WILL NEED TO PAY UP FRONT PRIOR TO TURNING UP, NO PAYMENT, NO DRIVE!

I will pm people as they put there names on the list for payment, have your money ready to go please.

On the course we will have a great deal of freedom to do as we please, there will be set courses that are changed throughout the day, and we take it in turns to go around the track. No drifting or burnouts allowed, but otherwise so long as you arent driving dangerously or in a manner which could damage poperty/premises we are ok. The supervisor will be the one with the final decision on what is/isnt allowed.

PLEASE NOTE THAT TO DRIVE ON THE DAY YOU WILL REQUIRE :

- All cars participating must be road registered, and in roadworthy condition.
- All drivers must be licensed with a current WA license
- All drivers must have a ADR approved helmet, and wear long sleeves and pants, and covered shoes.
- All drivers are responsible for there own cars and there own actions. Dont drive beyond your limits and show some common sense.

This event will be capped at a maximum of 30 cars.

ok, spectators are allowed, however you need to let me know before attending. ie, you cant just rock up and expect to be allowed in.

you are allowed more than one driver per car, but be aware that every car gets the same number of runs, so if youve got 2 drivers, you only get half the driving. passengers in cars are not allowed when on the track.
