If i adjust the damping setting on the Tien SS coilovers to a lower value (1-15), i will get a more comfortable ride. Correct?

Does having low damper setting to make it less stiff, mean the wheels will bounce higher and if i have bigger rims (19-20") might hit if the car is lowered?

Currently i have it on stiff and its too harsh and i want to adjust it lower to absorb more of the bumps but will it mean the wheels might rub if i do?

Since no one is answerin ya... yes you are correct. Your big wheels will have a higher chance of rubbing on a lowered car with a softer dampening setting.
Just soften it one setting at a time, drive it and see if it rubs...
