The New Z

Hi Guys
Finally got my new toy,
Picked her up last night, now I really do feel like a member of the this community rather than a loiterer . Wooo Hooo.:zlove:

OK no photos yet but I'll get busy with the camera this weekend.
She's a 1991 2+2 TT Manual in Black with Black Leather, Not 100% perfect but still pretty good. Z Shop did a full mechanical report and she came thru really well. infact only needs number plate globe for road worthy, There are some jobs for me to do just basically tidying her up. First job this weekend is an Engine bay clean up and detail, (Got the KZed instructions from the Tech Section) , some Guard Rolling and wheel fitting.
I Bought some wheels from MRZEDEZ (Really nice Guy) They're GMax Defiant 19x8.5 & 19x9.5, they should look pretty good on her, also just purchased some lowered springs. No other plans at this stage other than to get her cleaned up and sitting right with the wheels filling the guards and then hopefully get involved with the Melbourne guys on some runs / cruises. +1 no camera phone in fact no cell at all for the last 4 months, god how great that is I go oput and I am truly un reachable. (I will conceed my wife has one though so when we go out that is always with us),

 

I did the past 2 years without one, hate the bloody things.

 

I remember as an apprentice in 1993 my boss getting me a big ol brick you know the ones that really were the size of a brick, people were still using cells that had a carry bag as part of them, all my buddies though thought I was so lucky, hell I thought I was, now I am stoked to have got rid of the bloody thing.
