Is there anyone still interested in participating in the Tein SS GroupBuy ? I unfortunately will be pulling out so if anyone still wants in, they can buy my deposit or $100 that i have paid for the set. PM me if anyone still wants it ARRRRGGGGHHH, wtf, wrong section.
Apparently US spec SS offer more lowering than AUS spec SS. I doubt this is the case as the raising/lowering potential of the SS is determined by having a fixed spring length. The spring length is only adjustable on FLEX and this is why they (FLEX) are not ADR approved.
Yeh empied my inbox now... Im still not sure if US spec SS allow more drop, but i think so. Will find out soon. The reason why im pulling out is because i mainly wanted coilovers for ride height adjustability, and the AU SS do not offer much more then what my car is lowered now...about 20-25mm, so 10mm on the rear and about 30-40mm on the front more is simply not enuf for the money i am paying. Simon have u seen blackheartedprofit pics of his ? Those are the SS's They are great product and everyone that is currently participating in the GB i am sure will be happy with them. I will let you guys know what the US spec allow and what not, hopefully i will be buying those from COZ
Also forgot to mention via PM yesterday that the stats quoted for height adjustability on the GB superstreets came from tein US website... the only difference is in the spring rate and valve rates.
