Lots of requests for this so thought I'd write it up proper.

[IMG]Applications: Twin Turbo only. NA's only have a single speed aux fan which should be left to be controlled by ECU. Whilst this will still work for NA's, I wouldn't recommend it.

[IMG]Who should do this: Only absolutely pedantic, obzessive types like me who would rather keep their engine temperatures lower than the factory controlled setup!!! Everyone else should be satisfied that the factory engineers knew what they were doing with their ECU controlled auxilary fan setup.

Having said this, if you have monitored your temps with A/C on and off (using consult/aftermarket guage) you'd see a substantial increase with A/C on. This mod reduces my A/C-on engine temps by around 5[sup]0[/sup]). I suspect it also increases the efficiency of the AC system in low speed situations.

[IMG]Disclaimer. Mr Nissan's factory setup is more than sufficient to keep engine temps within acceptable ranges, only do this mod if you are just interested in lowering your temps. NOTE: If you are experiencing overheating, this mod is NOT a long term solution. Fix your actual o/heating causes first before using a mod like this to compensate.
