    Okay,
I am half way through doing my water bypass on the TT. The only problem is i am not exactly sure where to drill the locking pin out for the water pipes which run through the throttle body.

I have read the tech article but i am confused where i need to drill can someone please clarify it for me. I don't want to go drilling holes in my throttle body in the wrong spot.

    Cheers,
    Terry

It's not essential to remove the pipes and they can simply be cut off with an angle grinder or similar if you're unsure about drilling.

its not even needed at all, only used to tidy it up. but if you wish to drill, its through the side of the fitting into there it joins the TB. its just to there is no part of it left in there, like when you just cut it off

    Cut it off

like rob said, the only reason you'd want to drill it out, is because it will rust.

    What everyone else said

just cut the ends off and smooth down with an angle grinder then a lick of engine enamel paint. Don't drill them out. Too much risk of accidentally poking thru the throttle chamber...
