paul .. a little confused ... reading the first para of the

"fast fours/rotaries" article, there is a date quoted in 1998 .. is this indicating that the comparative tests were done in 1998 and hence somewhat dated ..???

..... no need to be confused mate, you are correct. AND, if you go back to the AMSOIL page on my site you will find another test done in 2003 showing the "wear Scar" test of a number of oils. This was another independent test.:zlove:

......these tests go to show that there is a number of very good oils, with some being better than others.....:zlove:

......most of the oils tested will be good for your Zed, BUT, it all depends on whether you want THE BEST or not.

.......AMSOIL would sell like hot cakes if it was on the shelves in retail outlets and backed with a huge marketing campaign etc., However the US is really only mainly interested in the US market.

 

yep, AMSOIL certainly is the standout performer ...
