Unsure if they'll clear the brakes, I don't think you'll have an issue, best to confirm with the seller. You won't need to guard roll if you're running at stock height.
as for fitment i have never fitted these on a 300zx (as i sold mine a few years ago - though thought these would seem perfect on a z32) As for brakes it should fit (was last on a s15). The design of the rim seems to be accomodating for big brakes - but if your in sydney best to come try them on. Also best to sms me on 0403989811 for a quick reply
