    Ok guys,

so it's time to give my car a full suspension overhaul

    Parts I've already ordered:

    1. Adjustable Coilover suspension
    2. Front/Rear Adjustable Sway Bars
    3. Front/Rear Adjustable Sway Bar Links
    4. Front Adjustable Upper Arms,
    5. Rear Adjustable Upper Arms,
    6. Rear Adjustable Traction Arms,
    7. Hicas 90-93TT Eliminator
    8. EDIT: Front Adjustable Tension Rods
    9. Tension Rod Support Brace
    10. Solid Subframe Bushings
    11. Front & Rear Strut Bar Set

Any other bushings, arms or miscellaneous suspension parts that you could/should/would replace while in the process?

thanks in advanced for your advice,

    Cheers - Biggie

got the upper control arms didn't think about the lower ones  did a quick search, JAPTEK along long time ago had Adjustable Front & Rear Lower Control Arms ----> forum thread link

Does anyone know of other lower control arm replacement products that are available?

dont get cheap adjustable lower arms ..THEY ARE CRAP AND DANGEROUS

either get IKEYA FORMULA or SPL...but they are not cheap..

    otherwise stay with stock.

Totally agree with this. rose jointed suspension can be very dangerous for road cars especially the cheap stuff. the difference between a $60 rose joint and the boc choy shit you get of ebay can be life or death.

check my thread on tension rods. they are excellent for accurate suspension setup but try not to skimp on the rosejoints themselves.

upgraded swaybars themselves, whiteline, stillen or other? edit, you have these listed

hicas lock out bar if tt?

edit......what about new steering rack bushes, that could also make a difference if worn out

Bigshow, I've just done all this to mine, BIG job, what about the bushings for the diff, lower control arms and the hub bushings, the part everthing connects to? mine were Flogged out, so new ones in there to.

After doing some research on IKEYA FORMULA I cancelled my previous order. I'm sold their lower control arms look very solid and extremely well engineered , also seems to be the choice for a lot of japanese drift and track cars.

I've found most of the parts I want on Yahoo Jap auctions, are there any other places to source IKEYA FORMULA, shipping all these parts is going to be $$$, and choosing IKEYA FORMULA has already blown out my suspension budget massively!

Upper and Lower arms and tension rods look the business:
