Hi all! I didn't enter the Godfather into Summernats, but did take a bit of a drive into the City today and met up with some family and friends, to have a look at what was cruising in the city. I took some pics and thought I'd share these. Enjoy:

i think the cars that were cruising round braddon fri, sat night were nicer than most of the ones entered in the summernats.

Found these pics for some cars in summernats.

 

Damn that blue Capri is nice, looks like my old one also a V6 and it used

to go pretty good and sounded sweet too.

I would guess that 6 separated pipes would actually decrease power as each cylinder tried to expel gases through its own pipe rather than having the scavenging effect of headers into single pipe. And then there's the weight issue.
On the other hand, maybe they are on a multi-split at the end of a "normal" exhaust system.

 

Ya gotta love that HZ GTS

with a cold-air box on twin quads on a blower on a high-rise manifold. Jeez, how long is that blower belt?
And a 1300HP Torrie... like to see anyone take that shopping!
