Last 2 days we have had top temps of 34 degrees. In spiritidly driving my zed with A/C on (Z32, 90, MT, TT) My greddy infometer (connects to diagnostic port and reads ECU connected sensors), tells me I am getting as high as 104 Degrees, without turning engine off (i never turn it off unless it drops to at least 95). When I have tried to run it too cool off at idle, I could not get it below 95 degrees on these days, even witht the heater on.

I have read ZCar91's article: http://www.pexcom.com.au/z32cms/e107_plugins/content/content.php?content.568, and note that the gaurd that sits under the engine is currently off - and will be putting it back on when I find it.

I have just rebuillt the engine (just a fredhsen up), removed EGR, PVRV, AIV, replaced turbos (OEM) and done the under plenum bypass, replaced EFI Harness, Det sensor harness and det sensor. I also have a relatively new OEM style radiator.

Is this kind of max temp normal for ambient temps of 34 degrees?

At what tempterature do I risk engine damage? (I do not want rebuild no. 2)

I will replace the 'under the engine gaurd', but what else can help? Will a bigger radiator give the engine a lower max temperature, or will it only give me more time before the engine reaches max temperature? Radiator air guide? Bigger front bar? anyone?
