max power around 550 rwhp give or take

You will be limited by your injectors if you go 555s.

Personally I would ditch the sport 700s and go something like the Z1 GT675RS which is the 700s but with a .64ar for faster spool. Supposed top HP is around 700rwhp on race gas and a fully built motor.

Scrap the front mount for some good side mounts unless your really set on it.

Spend money getting headwork done if your going for such a big turbo to get it to flow well and spool earlier.

You will want 2.5" from the turbos back, not cat back with hi flow cats.

You should really throw in some forged pistons if your going that far for extra insurance. Stock rods will be good enough although a bit heavy.

How much power are you wanting to make?

if you're going for the sport 700 turbos....

you'll defintely want to get the larger injectors.

are you rebuilding the bottom end? aftermarket rods/pistions?

    why the Power FC?

if done correctly, 600rwhp+ shouldn't be a problem.

edit: Zisluv beat me to it.

hmm definatly get a new fuel pump mate, borsh reccomended, that and the larger injectors will give you some nice power gain.

aftermarket air intake, either pod filters or a nice pannel, probably reccomend pods for the zx.

you allready got a boost controller yeah?

You would be wasting your time not going with forgies or at least

prepping the stock internals. Also, I wouldn't bother getting cams etc if your not going to do any head work.

I would also agree with ZisLuv because he is my lover and would say to ditch the FMIC and get two quality SMIC.

High flow cats are a wank, don't waste your money. Go with a 2.5" system turbo back and don't spend extra on 'brand name' exhausts. There is no difference between a SS HKS pipe and an off the shelf SS pipe. (quality pipe I mean) You will probably pay more for the HKS simply because it has 3 things a custom one has, i.e. a H, a K and an S

    heater hoses????

OK a slip, forgive and forget, forged pistons, new valve springs, blueprint the motor and whack a MoTec ECU on it. Plus all the other mechanical detail others have mentioned.

Why does he need a new fuel pump?

Most people use stock fuel pump with 555 injectors.

And where does the cabbage soup come into it (borsch)?

    Re: why side mounts?

Let's not start that debate again!!!
Each to their own... but from the research I have done, I'd much prefere larger SMIC's than a FMIC.

can probably get by with stock pump,

but probably safer to upgrade, given age of stock item.

Re: Why does he need a new fuel pump?

said to get bigger injectors, like other people did, with bigger injectors he would want a better fuel pump.

    borsh 044 should do nicely.

agree with forging the internals, but i highly doubt he hasnt allready thought of that if hes going for big power.
