QLD Street Sprints Lakeside 30th May

I have entered these open sprints at Lakeside on 30th May, It would be great to see a few more forum members and their cars out there.

This is a great way to find out how good both you and your car are!!! You dont have to have any experience and there's no pressure to go any faster than you feel safe doing.

Application forms can be downloaded from the "Queensland Raceways" site.
Cost for the day is $189.00 if you pre-book or $219.00 on the day. You will need at least the AASA competition licence (just requires civil licence and $55 for one year,$20 for one day, no tests or other requirements)

Check in time 0830 - 0930
Briefing 0930.

Sprints start around 1000.

No cost for spectating

I'm sure everyone knows, but Lakeside is North of Brisbane at Dakabin, next to Pine Rivers Golf course

 

I will be there to spectate and support, been looking forward to it, since I missed the last one. It will be great to see a Zed out there.

 

I might be a maybe with a friend a maybe as well!

 

Ok, my arm is twisted.

Ive been itching to run lakeside for a while now so Ill come out for a run. Sent off the forms this arvo.

 

Great look forward to having someone to follow and show me the right lines

Ha. No chance Chrispy. This will be my first time at lakeside so I will be learning the track. Maybe a few "speckies" for the gopro camera
