You think just because you guys have been here a while or have a couple of thousands post you guys are it. There are some people who visit this site and don't post. There are people who visit, but you punks just want to make fun of them.

I've been frequenting this site for some time and have been in the zed community for quite a while, you have no idea how long XPL05V has been around, but not only that he knows zeds back to front and is quite willing to help out.

When my engine blew up and I asked for help, did anyone else volunteer from this site? Were you guys even around then? Alan came over and helped!

He is and has been part of the Zed community.
He virtually single handedly created all the events the we have in Sydney
cruises, tech days, sourced suppliers, shared info, helped zedders rebuild engines, weeknight get togethers, interstate trips, and many more.
How many cruises did he organise for us?

You have a lot to learn and you should be respectful of others, yeah he had a go at someone but hey who started it.

Without him the Sydney Zed chapter would not be as organised.

You have not even done half as much as what he has done for this site and off this site so don't slag someone of his calibre off.

when you talk of long termers such as Ben, Pete, Mikey, John P you include Alan.

Show some respect to the dude. Ask some of the older guys to see what input this guy has given us.

Was also known just as XPLOV5.

Frank I understand that some things may have been said that weren't called for but the fact still remains that when Al was asked for pics or at least, a description, all we received was a link to sites and smart ass comments.

Yes,we know what a lip spoiler is and therefore being linked to a website showing a new one is useless. The question had been asked, by myself also, the condition because of the price. There was no mention by Al if it was new or second hand and in response to my question, I receive a spray as if i am moderating and "what do I sell them for". Who gives a shit what I sell them for - he is the one selling it, not me.
This probably wasn't the answer I was looking for from a genuine question and immediately put me on the front foot.

As I have only been a member here for a couple of years, I was unaware of Al's input to the forum and community and it sounds like he has put a big effort in, but then again, I never questioned it either.

Just because he has done a lot for the community does not excuse a rude reply to an honest question.
As Magicmike said, we still have not got an answer to its condition to justify the asking price.

Who started it? The first sign of disrepect to me came from Al - no one else!

Members were asking that a simple pic or description was posted.

0 btw i visit aus300zx all the time...and y because it is definatly far from wat was said....like we think were good coz we have posted heaps etc.....may be take a visit to soarercentral....lol we will learn who the moderators are real soon....in fact i dont even know of the mods on here....

to tell you a story about soarercentral a new member posted how he converted the headlights to angel eyes and the mods were like ha at least the junior members are having a go at adding to the community....big heads aye. you wont find that here..cheers
