Hey guys... just had my front bar damaged and my insurance company is going to get it fixed. Standard poly front bar is the quoted replacement part but i have the option of fitting an aftermarket if i want to. Was looking at the UAS bar as I like the look of it and it gives a better air flow to the filter and over the motor... yeah its fibreglass not poly.. Like to hear your thoughts on this before I decide which way to go

    Get a 2000spec oem bar......

they are urethane & look great.

Your insurance company will like them too because TTZ is selling them cheaper than the older model bar. Insurance companies love cheap :D

    That only

happens in america Simon, but it dose look better. Go the 2K bar; get the grill mesh with it, and the corner lights, which are a different shape, your old corners won?t fit. Only draw back for me is the corners come smoked, I'd much rather have clear.

TTZ in Melbourne can provide the bar for you. It's $625.00 with indicators included however you will have to purchase the grill pieces from somewhere like Autobarn.

Here's a link for you: TTZ 2000 spec front bar

I like the look of the smoked indicators. I think it would good on my zed once I get smoked side indicators and 2000spec tail lights.

If you want the shaved bar wouldn't it be cheaper to buy the TTZ one and then have a bodyshop cut out the number plate mount and fibreglass/fill it? I like the look of the shaved front bar too and I'll probably do it this way unless getting it from coz is cheaper.

    There is no

option Simon that I'm aware of. I got my bar from Simon @ ttz, he told me before I brought it that the corners were smoked only, the only thing missing was the grill mesh, (better known as gutter mesh to some, lol) which cost 70ad from coz, came with a heap off other stuff, so it was worth wile. Did I mention these things fit like a glove:cool: :zlove:
