After having a 100k service, when I need to put the foot down, the car makes a really high pitched 'squeeling' noise. I'm just wondering if it is just the new belts wearing in, or something that is going to be a constant problem? Thanks guys :thumbsup:
Prob belts. Grab a candle and get under the front while idling and apply some wax to the belts (be careful)... furthermore it's often not the belt that squeels but a build-up on the grooves of the pulleys. Are they adjusted properly?... I've heard new belts need a readjustment as they stretch marginally. But think it's a myth.
