it would be boring to work on if it was compete and think about....the more there is to do...the more time is needed to work on it....thus the more bbqs and beers we can have at amec think about it
Lets not get too eager and start booking Tech days. I have to have a look and see whats going to be involved. Plus there are other things to be considered. It is a great idea and I will keep you all informed.:zlove:
Put a V8 in it! How fast where you going when you came off? That'd be 150+ surely? And Max, that Supra has the 1GGTE, two litre straight six twin turbo. Nice little engine, but getting a little long in the tooth. 2J's fit nice in them
I wasnt really watching how fast I was going but I reckon it would have been 100-120ish. I know how quickly I stopped.
yeah it will be a BIG job to get that shell back to a running car, just thought it would be cheaper than buying another Z.
Sorry to hear about your zed Al but good to know you're ok. Im up for a tech day at AMEC if you decide to go down that route.
Spot the difference I sent an email with two pics to a friend to show him what we three got up to on the weekend and he replyed my making some minor mods to one of the pics. He's a funny man. Can you spot the difference?
was an rs4 lol my bad for some reason i had 8 in my head just looked at the times for the day and if i was in road 8 group i would have been 3rd or 4th fastest lol
Ha I just had a look on the points table and the 1 flying lap I survived I got points for. I'm still third on the ladder. lol Rs4 owners name is Matt. He is a real top bloke. He started sprints this year as well and he and I have always had a good chat about our cars. Has no idea how to fill a tank out of a can though
bahahaha I am oficcially the second slowest in road 6 on the day could only beat a starion (what ever that was). 60th out of 69 cars hahahaha.
