    Howdy all...

Doing a bit of work on Z today (plenum off and full braided hose installation job).. and thought I'd pull me plugs for an inspection while it was convienient..

Could a few of you guys/gals have a squizz at the pics below and give opinions on condition.. they seem a bit red to me and ALL the plugs look exactly like this.

I know plugs out of a well running engine as supposed to be a nice light brownish colour but these look too redish to me...

    Thanks in advance....

    AndyMac Better than you

I just think they're old mate.

Fair bit of build up on plugs. I'd just say they're getting on a little.

    used any octane booster??

mine looked exactly like that after I used some octane booster...

not sure if it effects the function of the spark plug.....

    Cheers

Yeah, use octane booster as Mackay only

has crappy 95 octane premium... no 98 up here *YET*...

Does this affect the function of the plug... anyone know...

and... can I just give these ones a clean up as none of them appear to be worn, just a bit of that yummy looking build up.
