    g'day,
just bought my Z and this came in the car, but i'm going to put my Alpine HU in it so here it is:

    Sony XR-C350
its a tape deck does 4x35 watt with a detachable face. thats all i know about it, but look it up on the net and there'll be plenty of info for those interested. works fine, no problems with it, don't have the manual or carry case for the faceplate. the hu is really easy to use

    Sony Stacker CDX-705
This is a 10 stacker CD, has the magazine etc. in really good nick with all the cables neccessary. all works fine, again, don't have manuals or box.

this setup i don't have box or manuals for as it came with the car, there's no remote control or anything. it all works fine, no scratches or anything (maybe a few minor ones on the stacker), the only reason i'm selling as i'm putting my previous system in my new car.
not entirely sure what its all worth, but make us an offer. i'm not really willing to separate, but will if i have both items setup up for being sold.

so yeh, make us an offer, i'm not after making money off it, just may as well get rid of it instead of it sitting in my garage.
    cheers.

I'll offer $100, if it's all working OK

and uses the Australian frequency spectrum (ie you can tune FM 88.5 to 108, or thereabouts. The XR-C350 is around 1997 vintage. I have a similar unit in the 'family car' that is just starting to have a few reliability problems, so the units you have should be a direct drop in replacement, without having to rerun any cables etc.

You had me confused there for a while when I did a net search, as the XR-CA350 is a lot more recent.

    Let me know, OK?

    Cheers,

    no worries

    hey mate,
its all working okay, i've been driving the car with it for a couple of weeks and its never missed a beat. it also came with a separate stacker control unit that you can attach to your steering wheel, the previous owner of the car has it setup so it fits into the ash tray compartment.
i'll check out the tuner capabilities, as far as i know (i've been using the radio etc.) it works fine.
    $100 plus postage?
    perfect.
    cheers.

Yep, if all OK, $100 + postage.

The separate control unit - is that the 'remote commander option? It's a large multifunction knob connected by a small black cable and a plug into the back of the unit.
