Bloody shame! I've had this happen to me twice, once in the Magna (moved the car about a foot sideways, then drove off, but there was a witness luckily), and once in the Zed, exact same area as yours. Only problem which may arise is that the damage is so close to the anti-intrusion bar, which makes access to the inside of the door skin difficult. But any decent panel beater can tack weld to the outer skin and pull it straight. Cant remember how much the bill was, but it wasn't horrendous.
