Small Coolant Leaks

Replaced my coolant a few days ago, however I left the overflow tank untouched/unchanged. The Overflow tank is very full - like much higher than the 'high' indicator.

So.. at various areas around the engine bay - all where hoses meet pipes, I have moisture areas of green coolant appearing after the engine has warmed up. Could this be because once the coolant has expanded it is filling up the overflow tank and has no where else to go (putting the system under great pressure)?

I am going to empty and refill my overflow tank today, but just thought id run this by you guys, as I never had this problem before replacing the coolant.

    Cheers

Tank has it's own overflow, any overfill will dump on the ground. tighten all the clamps where you see the leaks

Could be corrosion problems on the pipework. Hope tightening the clamps stops the leaks but you may want to have a closer look at hoses and pipes.
