No photos from me, just videos. Playlist here: http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=664562F54B6420F0 You couldn't wipe the smile off my face after the first couple of runs. After that the mega headache I had was starting to outweigh the entertainment factor. As soon as I got home it was off to sleep Im looking forward to more photos, should be some gooduns!
Great fun as always, thanks to Al for organising. I dont know who grabbed my camera when i was out, but you were an excellent photographer the photos of my car are great. the photos of everyone else's are somewhat limited, i was on the skidpan as driver or passenger alot of the time, but anyway im sure everyone else will fill in the gaps. This is a brief selection of the pics taken:
Cheers to Al and Mia for another skid pan adventure. I'm guessing Cameron is the man with the most photos. I have a couple of short low quality movies but no photos. Had a blast, cleaned the Z up as soon as I got home, damn Diesel
Had an awesome day!!! Thanks to Al for organising it. As my car is currently off the road I had the pleasure of driving dad's 370Z Was awesome fun and a great car to drive!!! No photos from me sorry.... hurry up Cam!!!
Just going through all 617 photos and deleting as much as possible. Then maybe edit, sign and upload! Then I can post them, so you should see pics some time tonight!
Thanks to everyone who participated, everyone behaved themselves and the only noise issue was with yours truly. Stoopid noise nazi man, maybe if he spent less time sitting behind a wall with a noise meter and more time plating trees and building a noise barrier, car clubs would have an issue with having slightly modified cars being too noisy. I still cant belive that I got pulled but Martin didnt. At least I got to drive my work van for 4 minutes out there (which quietly, is something I've always wanted to do). Thanks to Martins mate (Matthew?) for letting me drive his Ke70. It was an absolute blast and If I was going to build a budget drifter, a Keto is definately on the list. On a side note he did a bloody fantastic job in my car. For someone who hadn't driven a zed, he was a natural. I wouldnt be supprised if he owns one within 6 months. It was a fantastic day and I again thank everyone who came along for making it as awesome as it was. Cheers Al
he's already asking me how much good ones go for haha coming from a toyota fanboy, he has very high praise for the 300. he is a really good driver, you should see him on nebo speaking of which al, your car is psycho, even on the skidpan the effortless power it had blew me away (even as a passenger). watch this space, my car may be for sale sooner than expected
Thanks for an awesome day out guys, nice to meet you all again ! Hahah, thankyou to Al for the ride in his car, its nice to have a car that drives like a big computer game Power on tap? ohhh yeah. Spoze i should wash the old $hit barge tomorrow. Gets even more looks now with the diesel paint job.. all it needs now is the willobank spec numbers on the rear glass Cant wait for the next one. where do i sign : D T
I'm interested in what the blue shopping trolley looked like doing skids... it felt completely unco from inside!
Yeah yeah, sorry guys. Really fed up with Photobucket. I don't know what's going on! Lately, every time I even go to the site, it near freezes up, takes forever to upload 6 pics and after all that waiting, only half uploaded. :bash: What the hell can I use to make this process less painful?
I already know about imageshack and tinypic and flickr and all the rest. For some reason, it's failed me when it used to be good! This is bullshit and I'm over it. Hey Matt, hand over the space after you've designed my website!
Oh yay, I finally have some freakin' pics and in no particular order :bash:...and look at the time! I'm going to bed. I'll post more tomorrow night. Should have all pics up by the end of the month! Would also like to give credit to Al and Matt for producing some awesome photos too!
Some great pics there guys, I love the opposite lock photo's, and a big thanks to Alan for organising a great day out.
