Simple CAS Sensor question

Hi. Pretty much anyone could answer this I guess.

The CAS Sensor (Looking at engine, front RHS round alloy thing) - in the centre - is there supposed to be a cover over the hole in the centre?

After my Ultratune experience, and now that I have fixed the car, I can see the sensor spinning.... I'm pretty sure I shouldn't!

Anyway, any engine photo from the front should show me if anyone's got one handy.

Yes there should be a black plastic cover with a Mitsubishi symbol on it
