Just arrived from Concept Z with a 5 day, order to at my door turnaround. Gotta say I'm pretty happy with the service, the price and the parts. Everything looks in good order. Did the service a little while back with new seals and tensioner, but left the idler's alone, now the 1 year old tensioner has frozen and i think I've skipped a tooth so I have to do it again, but this time I'll do all the idlers and studs, not doing the seals will shave the time in half I think, so hopefully have it done in a few hours tops. So yes...thumbs up for COZ, I know some people have had a few poor experiences with him in regards to communication around backorders, etc. But I ordered through the website, got an email 5 hrs later from UPS saying they had it and my tracking number was xxxxxxxx, and then 5 days later it was in the office. :zlove:
I've no probs with Coz either. I did have a wrong part sent once, but Coz was more than happy to send the correct item free of charge. This is also a useful reminder to change/replace all parts when you are accessing some areas, to save you time and money in the long run
