Seized gearbox plugs

    As titled, both the filler and drain plug on the manual trans are seized and cannot be removed, with a socket wrench or mallet hitting the socket wrench. I've tried WD-40, and have no access to power or air tools. Any tips on removing those plugs? Thanks in advance! :)

    Have you rounded the plug out yet?

    If not get a 13mm square drive plug spanner thing. Socket wrenchs are 12.7mm, not 13mm.

    Or you could take it to a mechanic and get them to loosen it off for you. It's much easier on a hoist ;)
