A car show focussed on cars sounds like a damn good idea to me..pity my car's still in pieces..

 

Come On SA - Get Behind This Event

This is the first of these shows in SA guys so get behind it. No point seeing photo's after the event and saying it looked no good and no-one turned up. Organise to meet somewhere an hour before the show and then all cruise in together. You have to register on the site linked to the first post for this show so get on it !!!!

Many of us have been asking for an All Japanese Day for many many years and here it is....... Make the most of it !!!

Sounds awesome! Love the idea of no stupid DJ's and little roped off sections. Not so sure about no promo girls though... Those Toyo girls are a bit of alright Wish they would run one of those up here in Brissy!

Just wanted to let everyone know that I got my acceptance for this event via email this morning so they must be working through the applications now.

Still heaps of time to enter so it would be great to see lots of you guys at this event.

Thats pretty crap mate. Did they give any reason at all? I don't get the point behind the following restriction from the website...

Surely they would want to encourage the clubs?

they want cars that are diffrent to what is on display at other shows dont know what they mean by that but they said that our car was better suited for auto salon and small car sunday because of the mods ,not shore if this is a complement or not but thats the way it is so ohwell

All Japan Day? I don't think so. If they're not going to let you in because you choose to modify your car, they aren't being as inclusive as their name suggests. Wouldn't it make sense to have a highly modified Z next to a stocker?

 

they are picky with body kits

Ant dont worry about them.. your car is PRO... they have a tuff stance on body kits... they hate vielside kits ... id be supprised to see ANY vielside kit car on display... i was told your car wont get in unless its stock body moulds and lowered with rims.. any thing more will get rejected... sus i know..

my mate entered his s3 rotor with lowered stock body and black rims... got accepted... Norb has much the same theme.. but how is that considered ALL japan day?
